One of the biggest additions to the design screen of Explain Everything is the set of of three color pickers in the bottom left of the toolbar. In the current version (1.9.x) each tool has a separate color picker in the tool pop-out. As you switch between the tools, each tool remembers the previous color setting which has been helpful to users. However, if using a custom color from the rainbow selector, it has been difficult to match that color in other tools.

In the new version of Explain Everything you will be able to set three different color pickers to whatever color you like, and easily switch between tools while maintaining the existing color.  It also will allow users to quickly switch between pen colors while doing recordings.  When the Shape tool is selected, two tabs will appear, one for the outline and one for the fill. The color picker will also preview the outline and fill when the Shape tool is active.
